Established in 2015, our gym was founded with a clear vision: to create a fitness hub where individuals of all ages and abilities feel welcomed, supported and empowered to reach their fitness goals. Our mission is simple: to elevate lifestyles through exercise classes, programs and nutritional guidance, fostering fitness and strength for all. Beyond being a place to workout, we've created a warm, social atmosphere where like-minded individuals connect and thrive together.

Facilities and Amenities

Our gym, based in the heart of the Forest of Dean, is an expansive open-plan layout, featuring an extensive array of cardio equipment and free weights to cater to diverse fitness routines and varied group classes. Additionally, we provide well-equipped male and female changing rooms complete with showers and WC facilities for your convenience. We have plenty of free parking and there is a café on site too for post workout refreshments!

 

We are also incredibly lucky to work closely with on-site Physiotherapist (Forest Physiotherapy) and Lower Limb specialist (Pure Movement Clinic).

Community is at the heart of everything we do. We've built a culture of camaraderie and support amongst our members in a judgment-free, inclusive environment. Here, gym egos are left at the door as we prioritise helping each individual, personally, to achieve their fitness aspirations

Lucy Collins

Owner and Head Coach

Lucy started her coaching career in 2015 when she qualified as a personal trainer and decided to leave her office job and start a new career in the world of fitness.  

After one year of working in local gyms and being a mobile personal trainer, she decided to set up her own gym.  Eight years later and the gym is busier and better than it’s ever been. 

Lucy is very passionate about helping people to achieve optimal health, performance and fitness goals using functional fitness programs and a balanced approach to nutrition.

L3 Personal Trainer
L3 Exercise Referral 

L3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise
British Weightlifting Level 1

Jen Rushworth

Coach

After having two children in her thirties Jen battled with anxiety and low mood until she found fitness.  She found her lifeline, her confidence returned and so did her smile.  Jen decided to re-train and qualified as a personal trainer in March 2023 at the age of 42.  Despite only qualifying recently, Jen is extremely knowledgeable and confident as a personal trainer.  She is 100% dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and her work ethic is outstanding. Relentless Gym is very lucky to have found her.
