With three of our coaches qualified in exercise referral we are competent in programming for clients with common medical conditions such as; asthma, arthritis, obesity, depression, anxiety, osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, mechanical back pain and knee/hip replacements.

Matt is a real asset to the gym. Trained to Level 3 in personal training he is passionate and enthusiastic about helping clients to reach their goals. 

He also specializes in helping young people participate in exercise making it fun and full of variety.
