Are you Ready to Rumble?
We will be holding an all inclusive same sex pairs competition on Saturday 20th July.
There will be 4 events spread across the day with a lunch break in the middle. We ask all competitors to be at Relentless Gym for 8:00 am to register their teams.The workouts will include no complex gymnastic movements or Olympic weightlifting.
We hope to create a fun and friendly environment over the day whilst challenging your fitness levels.
There will be outside seating areas along with backyard mobile bars providing refreshments! Food will also be available to purchase.
